1. Standard orders

A standard order may be cancelled only before picking, personalisation or packing begins. Contact support@uvtstore.com immediately. Once processing has begun, cancellation is not guaranteed. After dispatch, the Return & Refund Policy applies.

2. Pre-orders
────────────────────────────────────────

A pre-order reserves stock expected in the future. Release, arrival and dispatch dates are estimates and may change because of production, regulation, customs or transport. Payment may be collected when the order is placed, as shown at checkout.

You may request cancellation before stock is allocated or the order enters personalisation, picking or packing. Once processing begins, cancellation is not guaranteed. If we cannot supply the item, we may offer a revised date, an agreed alternative, store credit or a refund to the original method.

3. Mixed orders

An order containing pre-order and in-stock items may be held until complete or split at our discretion. The estimated arrangement shown at checkout or in our communication applies. Cancelling one item does not automatically cancel the remainder.

4. Future subscriptions
────────────────────────────────────────

If we introduce a subscription or automatic-renewal option, the price, billing frequency, minimum term, renewal date, cancellation method and any notice period will be disclosed before the customer gives consent. No recurring charge will be created merely by opening an account, joining a free loyalty programme or placing a one-time order.

5. Refund processing

Approved pre-dispatch cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Payment-provider timing and exchange-rate differences are outside our control. Products already dispatched are handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
