Shopify provides the ecommerce platform. By accessing the services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy and product-specific notices. Adult-use products and age verification ──────────────────────────────────────── Products are intended only for adult smokers or existing adult vape/tobacco users. Local law and personal import ──────────────────────────────────────── You are responsible for checking current laws, licences, product restrictions, nicotine limits, tobacco rules, quantity/value limits, taxes and customs requirements before ordering. Website availability or checkout acceptance is not a representation that import is lawful in your destination. Orders are for personal use only unless we have separately approved a lawful business transaction in writing. You must not resell, distribute or commercially supply imported goods where prohibited or without required licences. Orders and contract formation ──────────────────────────────────────── Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, fraud, age, compliance, carrier, destination or quantity reasons. Delivery, tracking and risk ──────────────────────────────────────── Orders normally leave within 24 hours after cleared payment, subject to weekends, holidays, stock checks, pre-orders, promotions and compliance review. Estimates are not guaranteed. Royal Mail normally hands the parcel to a local postal partner for final delivery. You must provide a complete deliverable address and monitor tracking. Subject to mandatory law, responsibility for the goods passes when delivery is recorded to you, a person at the address, a nominated safe place or collection point. If you nominate a carrier not offered by us, risk may pass when goods are handed to that carrier. ──────────────────────────────────────── 8. Customs, duties and delays ──────────────────────────────────────── Unless expressly shown as included at checkout, prices and shipping do not include import duty, VAT/GST, tobacco or excise tax, brokerage, storage or customs charges. The recipient is responsible for declarations, documents, licences and payment. Customs and carriers control inspection, assessment, release, return, confiscation and destruction. We cannot guarantee tax-free or successful clearance. We may provide available invoice or product information but cannot make declarations on your behalf, alter values, describe goods inaccurately or override authorities. Customs delay is not a delivery failure by us. ──────────────────────────────────────── 9. Returns, refunds and warranty ──────────────────────────────────────── The Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy form part of these Terms. Opened consumables and hygiene-sensitive goods are generally not returnable for change of mind. Customs, refused, incorrect-address and unclaimed returns are processed only after physical return and inspection. No refund is due for goods confiscated, destroyed, abandoned or never returned, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. ──────────────────────────────────────── 10. Pre-orders and purchase options ──────────────────────────────────────── Pre-order availability and dates are estimates. We may ship separately, substitute no product without consent, or cancel and refund an unavailable item. You may request cancellation before allocation, personalisation, picking or packing; after processing begins cancellation is not guaranteed. We currently do not offer automatic-renewal subscriptions. Accounts and acceptable use ──────────────────────────────────────── Keep login details secure and provide accurate information. Governing law, language and disputes ──────────────────────────────────────── These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and its courts have jurisdiction, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection or courts available under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence. Contact us first so we can attempt a practical resolution. Translations are provided for accessibility.
